These Terms govern your use of the Emmanuel AI mobile app (the “App”) and this website, provided by BloomSynth (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Emmanuel AI is

Emmanuel AI lets you talk with an AI companion inspired by the life and words of Jesus in the Gospels, and offers a daily prayer, quiet reflection, a gratitude journal and daily encouragement.

Replies are written by artificial intelligence. You are not talking to Jesus himself, to a pastor or priest, or to any person. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. They are offered for reflection, comfort and prayer, and they do not replace Scripture, your church, your pastor, or professional advice.

The App does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away (in the US, call or text 988).

2. Who can use the App

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need your parent or guardian’s permission.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account.

4. Using the App well

Please do not use the App to:

• break the law or encourage others to;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone, or share hateful content;
• try to make the AI produce harmful, sexual or abusive content;
• interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the App, or access it with bots or scripts;
• resell or misuse Gold Coins, Grace Points or rewards.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Free messages, Grace Points and Gold Coins

The App is free to download and includes free messages every day. Grace Points are earned through daily activities and can be spent in the App. Gold Coins can be bought through Google Play or received as rewards and can be spent in the App.

Grace Points and Gold Coins are a limited license to use features in the App. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Prices and what they unlock may change.

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where Gold Coins you paid for were not credited to your account, or where the law requires otherwise. Google Play’s refund policies also apply. To report a problem with a purchase, use the support chat in the App or email us.

6. Ads

The App shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that give you Grace Points or other rewards. Rewards depend on ads being available and may be limited per day.

7. Our content

The App, its design, artwork, text and software belong to BloomSynth or its licensors. You may share the daily encouragement and verses from the App for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the App. We will try to give notice of major changes. We may update these Terms; continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, BloomSynth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI replies, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
